About Us

Why LAFstyle™?
LAFstyle™ stems from the acronym L.A.F. (Love. Accept. Forgive). This acronym is used a lot by our founder’s 90year old yoga instructor and mentor, June Blank who has inspired her to inspire others. Style comes from wanting to “create a new style of living based on the principle of loving, accepting, and forgiving yourself and others.”

The Story behind it:
LAFStyle™ was founded from the desire of its founder of helping people to live a life in which love, acceptance, and forgiveness were a priority. All her life, Anadel felt that her mission was to help others. Always willing to cooperate in projects, learn from others and teach about different subjects, her desire of touching people’s lives, both young and adults, has always been present. Out of many difficult and not so difficult experiences in life, Anadel learned the key that has been her drive for over 8 years, to love, accept and forgive herself. Such key has opened her the doors to a world of possibilities, opportunities and new experiences in life. And so LAFStyle was created.

Anadel Alberti

Founder of LAFStyle™, Wellness and Happiness Ambassador, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Adults and Kids Certified Yoga Instructor, Motivational Speaker, Photographer, and world traveler. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Anadel started practicing yoga by the age of 21 when she first moved to Miami. Her practice was on and off until 7 years later that her life took a drastic turn hitting rock bottom. She was a a victim of adult bullying and for over 5 years her life was simply crumbling down. She found strength to move on with the help of family, close friends, God and Yoga. In 2012, she decided to pack up her bags and go to a Yoga retreat with a very good friend of hers in the magical city of Sedona, AZ. That trip changed her life. She has since been constantly practicing yoga falling more and more in love with it every day. Her mission is to guide others in their pursuit of happiness. Reminding them to always LAF (love themselves, accept themselves and forgive themselves). To encourage people to take time for themselves, to connect with their mind, body & spirit, while striving for inner peace and release themselves from toxic situations.
